Benefits of Guided Acupressure

Guided acupressure has many of the same benefits as acupuncture. The difference is that acupuncture can target more points in a single session and is more powerful.

1. Strengthens the immune system

Like acupuncture, acupressure can strengthen the immune system by increasing the amount of energy available to it. It can also expel a cold or flu when its in its beginning stages.

2. Reduces inflammation

Q&A Virtual Sessions

Q: What happens during a virtual acupressure session?

A: For both virtual acupressure and virtual energy work sessions, I encourage you to schedule the appointment during a time where you can be undisturbed, in a private space that you can control. Dim lighting, aromatherapy, relaxing background music can all create an environment conducive to healing and relaxation.

When you are ready to begin we will discuss your health goals and concerns. I'll help you achieve a relaxed state and then guide you in therapeutically stimulating 3-5 acupressure points.

As you are holding the point, I will either give you the space to receive in  silence or tell you about the spiritual, emotional, and physical benefits of the point, in order to help you connect to what we're doing and receive the healing even more deeply.

Once we've stimulated the points that comprise your perfect treatment, I will leave you to keep receiving for as long as you wish. Until the end of 2020 an introductory price of $55 is available for acupressure sessions.

Sessions last 45-60 minutes and a sliding scale pricing is available upon request. That request must be made at least 24 hours before the session's start time.
